Shiatsu massage Therapy
Traditional Shiatsu involves applying pressure to specific body points, moving from one point to another in a rhythmic sequence to unblock energy. During shiatsu massage, your therapists will apply a deep pressure using their fingers, thumbs, or palms in a continuous rhythmic sequence. Finger pads are also used to apply pressure. Each point is usually held for 2 to 8 seconds.
Shiatsu is often used to lessen stress anxiety and other stress-related health issues. It is also used to treat a wide range of chronic conditions, such as headaches, fatigue, constipation, insomnia, PMS, and musculoskeletal pain, including neck, low back, and other joints pain.
